Brandon Smith is the Founder and CEO of Encompass Builders Inc. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Brandon brings a rare combination of efficiency, problem-solving, and attention to detail to every project.

Brandon began his career at a young age, working alongside his uncle in a custom home building company, where he developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship and job-site leadership. His passion for the industry continued to grow as he launched his own company, Smith Construction, further refining his skills and client-focused approach.

After years of growth and experience, Encompass Builders Inc. was established to offer a full range of services including new construction, full-scale renovations, remodels, project management, and property caretaking. Brandon is known for his dedication to his clients and his willingness to take on complex projects—believing there is no challenge too big or too small when it comes to building things the right way.
